FAQ

Questions about AI in automotive

Can a digital employee work across multiple dealerships?

The setup can combine group-wide rules with information and routing for individual dealerships. It needs to establish which dealership a request concerns, which rules vary locally and who handles exceptions. These differences are included in configuration and testing.

Which systems need to be connected?

That depends on the task. Answers require a usable knowledge source, while customer or vehicle information requires access to the relevant system. Changes to bookings or financial records also require configured and tested write access. Technical feasibility is assessed for each system.

Can a digital employee change workshop appointments?

Only when the scheduling integration, required data and permissions have been configured and tested for that task. An initial application can instead collect the complete change request and pass it to the scheduling team. The scope is agreed in advance.

When does a person take over?

Your team defines which questions, decisions and exceptions require a person. Examples include complaints, sales advice, incomplete information or an action outside the agreed permissions. The destination and context included in the handover are also defined so the team can continue the request.
